The topic is Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum - 1961-2011. TVRM is the largest operating railroad museum in the South, offering a variety of rail trips for all ages. The organization has faced a number of challenges over the years and is positioning itself for a secure future. This presentation will recap TVRM s history, describe some of the highlights (and lowlights) over the years, and give a snapshot of present-day operations, as well as plans for the coming years.
